Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you in resolving the issue.
Please include your order number and photos of the damaged item if applicable.

If an order is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.
